We usually have electronic components for new systems available in storage. As Walther Trowal machines are often in operation for over 50 years however, we also have to be able to replace these components in the event of a defect. Our specialist division has always been able to find a replacement, even if the parts were no longer available.
FINDING THE RIGHT ELECTRICAL COMPONENT QUICKLY
In order to quickly find a solution to your problem, we need the circuit diagram number for your system. You can find this on the type plate for the switching cabinets. If this plate is no longer present, you can find the following helpful information on the machine type plate:
- System type designation,
- Customer order number/commission number/machine number,
- Year of production.
FUNCTIONS TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
Any replacement components that require programming, such as a frequency converter, are programmed before shipment. In parametrisation (programming the required functions), we enter and check your stored information before sending you the components.
